Bloom Blast Privacy Policy
Bloom Blast is a mobile puzzle game you play without creating an account. This page explains what data is processed, why, where it is stored and what your rights are.

Data stored on your device
Your level progress, stars, seeds, garden, power-ups and settings are stored only in the app's storage on your device. They are not sent to us and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
Gameplay statistics
To balance the game and improve it, the app sends anonymous events to our server (Google Firebase): app opened, level started and finished (level number, win or loss, stars, pieces placed, duration, seeds earned, best combo, score), rescue options shown and used, ads shown and completed (which placement), garden steps built and power-ups used. Each event also carries the app version, platform, language and a randomly generated install ID.
- The install ID is random, is created on your device and is not linked to your name, account, email, advertising ID or device ID. It lets us count how many different players there are and whether they come back.
- We use it to run A/B tests: some players get slightly different game settings (for example prices or difficulty), and we compare how the groups play.
- We do not collect your name, contacts, precise location or any content you create.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in balancing and improving the game (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention: event records are kept only as long as they are needed to balance and improve the game, and are deleted or aggregated after that. You can ask us to delete the records that belong to your install ID at any time.
International transfer: data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which may be located outside your country (including the United States). Google applies the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to these transfers.
Ads
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional. AdMob may process your device's advertising ID, approximate location (from IP address), device information and ad interactions to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
- In the EEA and UK, a consent form asks for your ad preferences on first launch.
- On iOS, the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission for personalized ads. If you decline, you see non-personalized ads.
- On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
- Where consent is required, personalized ads are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Purchases
The optional "remove interstitial ads" purchase is processed by the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment details.

Security
All data sent between the app and servers is encrypted with HTTPS. The server only accepts events in a validated format.
Children
Bloom Blast is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have such data, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights and contact
Under the GDPR, Turkey's KVKK and similar laws you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Because the install ID is anonymous, we can only find your records if you send it to us (Settings shows it). Email: a.aydogan@outlook.com

Cihazında tutulan veriler
Seviye ilerlemen, yıldızların, tohumların, bahçen, güçlendiricilerin ve ayarların sadece cihazındaki uygulama hafızasında tutulur. Bu veriler bize gönderilmez. Uygulamayı silince bu veriler de silinir.
Oyun istatistikleri
Oyunu dengelemek ve geliştirmek için uygulama sunucumuza (Google Firebase) anonim olaylar gönderir: uygulamanın açılması, seviyenin başlaması ve bitmesi (seviye numarası, kazanma veya kaybetme, yıldız, yerleştirilen parça sayısı, süre, kazanılan tohum, en iyi kombo, skor), kurtarma seçeneklerinin gösterilmesi ve kullanılması, reklamların gösterilmesi ve tamamlanması (hangi yerde), inşa edilen bahçe adımları ve kullanılan güçlendiriciler. Her olay ayrıca uygulama sürümünü, platformu, dili ve rastgele üretilmiş bir kurulum kimliğini taşır.
- Kurulum kimliği rastgeledir, cihazında üretilir ve adınla, hesabınla, e-postanla, reklam kimliğinle veya cihaz kimliğinle ilişkili değildir. Kaç farklı oyuncu olduğunu ve oyuncuların geri gelip gelmediğini saymamızı sağlar.
- A/B testleri için kullanırız: bazı oyunculara biraz farklı oyun ayarları (ör. fiyatlar veya zorluk) verilir ve grupların nasıl oynadığı karşılaştırılır.
- Adını, rehberini, kesin konumunu veya oluşturduğun içeriği toplamayız.
Hukuki dayanak: Oyunu dengelemek ve geliştirmek için meşru menfaat (KVKK md. 5/2-f, GDPR md. 6/1-f).
Saklama süresi: Olay kayıtları yalnızca oyunu dengelemek ve geliştirmek için gerekli olduğu sürece saklanır, sonrasında silinir veya toplulaştırılır. Kurulum kimliğine ait kayıtların silinmesini dilediğin zaman isteyebilirsin.
Yurt dışına aktarım: Veriler Google Firebase sunucularında saklanır; bu sunucular ülken dışında (Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dahil) olabilir. Google, bu aktarımlar için Avrupa Komisyonu'nun standart sözleşme maddelerini uygular.
Reklamlar
Oyun, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır. AdMob; cihaz reklam kimliğini, yaklaşık konumu (IP adresinden), cihaz bilgilerini ve reklam etkileşimlerini reklam göstermek, ölçmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için işleyebilir.
- Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık'ta ilk açılışta reklam tercihlerini soran bir onay formu gösterilir.
- iOS'ta kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için App Tracking Transparency izni istenir. Reddedersen kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam görürsün.
- Android'de reklam kimliğini cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsin.
- Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar, onay verdiğin bölgelerde senin açık rızana dayanır. Rızanı dilediğin zaman geri alabilirsin.

Güvenlik
Uygulama ile sunucular arasındaki tüm veri aktarımı HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Sunucu sadece doğrulanmış formattaki olayları kabul eder.
Çocuklar
Bloom Blast 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaş altı çocuklardan veri toplamaz. Böyle bir verinin toplandığını fark edersen bize yaz, sileriz.
Haklarınız ve iletişim
KVKK md. 11 ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve şikâyette bulunma (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na) hakların var.
